Call for Community Partners: Richmond’s Engaging Artists in Community Program
The City of Richmond is inviting non-profit organizations, service organizations, community associations, libraries and schools to apply to participate in the 2024 Engaging Artists in Community Program. This program pairs a community partner with an artist or artist team to work creatively on a project that addresses relevant issues or topics of concern through the arts. Selected community partners can provide participants with a safe and inclusive space for individual and collective creative expressions. Artist projects may include, but are not limited to, public performances, sculptures, participatory art installations, hands-on art activities, workshops, exhibitions, digital media-based artwork and other socially-engaged art forms.
