City of Richmond: Open Call for Public Art Selection Panelists
The Public Art Program is seeking artists, arts professionals and community members to participate in artist selection processes to commission public art for the City of Richmond. The Selection Panelist Roster will be active from January 2026 to December 2027. Up to 100 individuals (aged 19+ years) will be selected, with priority given to Richmond residents and those who self-identify as a member of an equity-seeking and/or under-represented community. Professional artists can join the pool; however, they cannot serve as panelists on any project for which they have made an application. Roster selection panelists who are invited to take part in an artist selection process will receive an honorarium between $100 and $300.
