Both Sides Now – TAGOR Exhibition

March 21 @ 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

March 21
Both Sides Now – TAGOR Exhibition
Richmond Cultural Centre – Main Lobby
7700 Minoru Gate
11am-3pm
Fresh from celebrating its 45th year of operation, the Textile Arts Guild of Richmond (TAGOR) will present Both Sides Now, an exhibition of member’s work to mark Worldwide Quilting Day on Saturday, March 21, 2020. This is a day to appreciate and to recognize quilt makers, along with all of the love and skill and considerable labour that goes into making each quilt. Both Sides Now will be a fascinating look at how TAGOR blends together two distinct activities – gorgeous fabric artwork and equally beautiful, Art-for-a-Cause items for donation to the community. TAGOR members will be on hand to talk about their work and demonstrate their stitching talents. As well as quilting, members will also show samples of embroidery, applique and knitting.
