During the Fall the days a getting shorter and shorter and we savor every moment of sunshine that we are lucky to get. I would like to apply this as a metaphor to the current times that we live in today. We are showered with bad news at such a ratio that every good news comes through as a fleeting ray of sunshine that we must savor. Music of Schubert, that I will be performing on piano – is that short refuge from everyday problems. His cycle of 4 Impromptus Op.90 is one of the most stunning compositions full of light and beauty.
