For a limited time\, the Kaiwo Maru\, one of the world’s largest and most iconic tall ships\, arrives in Richmond\, offering rare boarding opportunities alongside a vibrant festival of cultural performances\, food and family-friendly activities. With free admission and something for all ages\, it’s a can’t-miss spring event on the waterfront.
