We hope you can join us for Voices Without Borders — no passports required! \n“For this concert\, I wanted to draw from the rich background of our singers\, creating a program that authentically represents the voices in our choir” says music director Fabiana Katz. “Our music is a mirror of our community.” \nVoices Without Borders reflects that vision\, drawing from musical traditions around the globe. Expect soul stirring songs from South Africa\, East Asia\, Scandinavia\, and the Celtic tradition\, alongside lyrical works\, folk songs and BC favourites. \nDirected by Fabiana Katz and accompanied by Hilary Jung\, Voices Without Borders features guest musicians Chris Haas on percussion\, Steven Johnston on bass\, and welcomes the return of acclaimed solo and professional violinist Conor Stuart.
