Mixed Media Figurative Artist
I love texture. The crevices where paint is trapped, the scraping excess material,
sanding, having my hands in the action of building a surface that leads me to
discovery….
At times it is the mystical part that emerges and gets me going, at others, some
happening ….
When work is completed, I end up with more questions than I had when I started
particular piece or series.
It is similar to what happens when a certain period in my life ends and new one begins.
I work in series, anywhere from six to twenty plus canvases.
