Joyce KuanYi Ho is a Taiwanese-born Canadian who as a young girl immigrated to Vancouver with her family. Her school years were focused on musical training in piano and cello. Later she expanded her musical talents into singing and was accepted into the prestigious UBC School of Music, where she majored in opera and took on several roles with the UBC Opera Ensemble. Today, she runs a thriving music studio in Vancouver, where she teaches piano, cello, and singing.

In addition to her musical pursuits, Joyce is dedicated to giving back to her community through music volunteering. She serves in senior homes and hospitals throughout the Greater Vancouver area, sharing her passion for music with those in need.

Joyce also has a deep appreciation for various forms of artistic expression. She enjoys a wide range of handcrafts, from jewelry making to interior decorating. Recently, she has discovered a passion for painting, which has quickly become her favorite medium for creative expression.

She loves the sense of freedom that comes through experimenting with brushes and colors. Painting unleashes her creative imagination in a unique way, and she also finds a deep sense of tranquility and inner peace in the process of creating a work of art on canvas.
