Recreation Fee Subsidy Program
Richmond residents of all ages who are experiencing financial hardship are invited to apply for financial support to participate in a wide variety of registered and drop-in parks, recreation, arts and culture activities and programs. Applicants who qualify based on their financial situation will be able to access subsidized opportunities to participate in many programs and services offered by the City of Richmond and Richmond Community Associations and Societies at community centres, the Richmond Cultural Centre, aquatic centres, arenas, the Richmond Nature Park and heritage facilities, as well as selected opportunities at the Richmond Olympic Oval.
