The Richmond Arts Coalition (RAC) is looking to recruit two new board members. Our organization’s purpose is to be a welcoming and inclusive member-driven association that supports and celebrates culture and arts activity in Richmond. We are a small but mighty volunteer board of directors, and we are looking for Richmond residents who have an interest in the arts, ideally also with experience in finance or business. As a board member, some experience in budget oversight, fund development, event planning, strategic planning, business management, marketing, legal, communication or non-profit governance would be an asset. RAC employs a part-time Executive Director to move our dynamic strategic plan forward. Enquiries are welcome – we are happy to answer any questions!
Requirements:
– Attend monthly board meetings
– Engage with our activities, advocacy, and events
– Have a love for arts and artists in Richmond!
We are hoping to elect a full complement of board members at our upcoming AGM on May 9th, 2022.
