The Richmond Public Art Program is seeking an artist or artist team to propose an integrated mosaic tile artwork design for the new Steveston Community Centre and Library in Richmond, BC. The public artwork will be located in the lobby of the facility and will aim to create a sense of arrival and welcome to the facility. Open to professional artists and artist teams residing in British Columbia. Installation: 2026
