Call for Artists: Balsam Street Comfort Station – Mural – Paint by the Sea!
The value of the submission is $28,000. The City of White Rock is seeking proposals from interested BC artists and/or artist teams for a mural on the Balsam Street Comfort Station, located at 15457 Marine Drive, where Balsam Street meets Marine Drive, at White Rock Beach. This will include carrying the design through and working with a company to vinyl wrap the windows pictured with the city’s support. The art commissioned will illustrate the theme of Vintage White Rock – leaning into the idea an old postcard.
