The Richmond Arts Coalition cordially invites you to attend our Annual General Meeting on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 6pm. The meeting will take place in the ‘Butterfly Room’ in the Richmond Cultural Centre Annex. The doors to this room are along the west side of the building.

We will have time to chat both before and after the AGM. During the AGM itself, we will share staff and board reports, vote on a potential change to our bylaws to increase the size of our board of directors, and vote in new directors to our board. A full agenda will be emailed to our members in advance of the AGM, including information on potential board directors.

Voting for filling any board of directors vacancies will take place in person. Only current RAC members are eligible to vote. If you are unsure if you are currently a member, please reach out and ask! If there are more individuals running for board positions than there are vacancies, each RAC member present will be able to fill out a blank ballot sheet with one vote per vacancy.

If you wish to have someone vote on your behalf, you can fill out the proxy form below and send it in to rac@richmondartscoalition.com , or you may deliver it to our Richmond Cultural Centre Annex mailbox via the building’s front deskĀ (7660 Minoru Gate, Richmond, BC, V6Y 1R8).
