Artist Call: Oxford Comfort Station Mural
The total project budget is $16,000, inclusive of artist fees, materials and equipment, subcontractors, insurance, contingency, meetings, travel, and taxes. The City of White Rock is seeking proposals from interested BC artists and/or artist teams for a mural and vinyl window wrap on the Oxford Comfort Station near Bayview Park, at the corner of Oxford Street and Marine Drive at White Rock Beach. The commissioned artwork will illustrate the theme of the ocean and the community’s connection to the water.
