Hello! Thank you again for being part of ArtRich 2025.

Please fill out the form below with your exhibition information. This is the information that will potentially go up onto the walls of the gallery during the ArtRich exhibition — so if you have a separate public/artist name, please include that one. If you would like your name in both English and Chinese characters, feel free to include both.

We are coordinating with 51 different artists, so thank you in advance for filling out this form so that I can keep all this information in one place to distribute to the Art Gallery.

(These purposes could include: inclusion on the ArtRich 2025 poster, inclusion on websites, and posting on social media RE: the exhibition. Other possible uses include: as part of grant reports, to advertise upcoming ArtRich artist calls, as part of an informational brochure on RAC, and similar purposes.) *
