Black Canadian Music Awards – Call for Submissions
The Black Canadian Music Awards is made possible through a joint partnership with SiriusXM Canada and SOCAN Foundation. This award is designed to celebrate extraordinary Black music creators that are Canadian. Submissions to the talent competition can be from all genres of music, such as folk, blues, rock, hip-hop, R&B, etc. Candidates must be Canadian citizens, identify as Black, and the original creators of the musical submission are eligible to apply for this award. In the case a collective use for the Award, all music creators must meet the eligibility criteria.
