Applicants must reside in the Metro Vancouver Area. The Vancouver Outsider Arts Festival invites artists and performers from varying disciplines, backgrounds, and levels of experience to apply to be a part of the 2026 festival. They are currently accepting applications from visual artists and performing artists. This festival celebrates the creativity of Vancouver artists who break the mould. Whether you work in paint, clay, sound, movement, or anything in between, we want to see what makes you an outsider artist.
