Call for Artists, Designers, and Creatives: Richmond’s 34th Annual Street Banner Contest
The Annual Street Banner Contest is now open and we are accepting submissions of photography, digital art and traditional art banner designs. The City of Richmond Street Banner Program is a civic beautification initiative that encourages community members to submit creative and visually appealing designs inspired by the people, places and activities of Richmond. Printed banner designs are selected through an annual contest open to all community members aged five and up. The Street Banner Contest calls for entries that represent “Richmond” from the following visual art categories: Photography, Digital art, Collage, Painting and illustration, and Printmaking. Entries received in the banner contest celebrate the places, activities and experiences that make our city so beautiful and unique.
