The City of Richmond is now accepting submissions for the 2026 Lulu Awards, its urban design awards program that celebrates excellence in buildings and public spaces across the city. Award recipients to be announced in the fall. Held every four years, The Lulu Awards recognize visionary thinking and innovative design, enhancing neighbourhoods, supporting community life and reflecting high standards of urban design.
