City of New Westminster Artist Roster 2026-2028 – Call for Artists
The City of New Westminster invites submissions from local artists (living and working in New Westminster/the Lower Mainland) for inclusion in the 2026-2028 Artist Roster. Selected artists will be prequalified to work on a variety of public art projects with the City, and artists practicing in all media are encouraged to apply. Projects may include street banners, murals, artist residencies, community-engaged projects, and temporary and permanent installations throughout the city.
