Registation Fees: $50-$60. Register to submit a short film pitch package any time from September 9–October 16, 2026. Crazy8s is an 8-day short filmmaking challenge and 5-month program that provides support and funding to emerging filmmakers to produce a short film, while also providing training opportunities to crew and cast. Each year, more than 100 filmmakers apply with their projects to be part of Crazy8s. Each of the six finalist filmmakers and their teams will receive $2,000 cash and other prizes.
