Engaging artwork by emerging women artists, light refreshments, opportunity to view RWRC silent auction items, and special musical performance by Cherelle Jardine, accompanied by Marc Gladstone. Richmond Women’s Resource Centre, Lipont Gallery, and Cherelle Jardine, join together to Celebrate Women in the Arts for International Women’s Day. Lipont has chosen four talented lower mainland artists, including one Richmond artist, to display their artwork in their month-long exhibition titled, THEIR VIEWS: Art by Emerging Women Artists Alice Cao, Jia Liu, Jiabao Shen, and Xin Wen. RWRC is pleased to be able to celebrate at the site of this innovative exhibition curated by Yvonne Cheng.
