Plein Air Painting: London Landing

Richmond Artists Guild and their plein air group Men in Hats invite you to try painting outside! No instruction but plenty of inspiration, all mediums and ages welcome to paint along or watch. Please respect the space and comfort level of other participants. Shady Island, the shoreline, bollards, a long wharf with interesting views over Paramount shipyards and toward the Steveston waterfront one side, the brightly coloured homes along South Dyke on the other. Just a couple of blocks further East along Dyke Road London Farm offers a beautiful historic house and grounds also. Painters and spectators have plenty of space to spread out and find a vista they like, there are cafes and washrooms nearby, free but somewhat limited street parking.
