Richmond on The Rocks is an exhibition that celebrates the fusion of art and culture. By using rocks as canvas, painters vividly depict Richmond’s rich history, cultural diversity, and scenic beauty using brushes and oil paints. Showcasing more than 100 pieces of painted rocks, this event not only celebrates the art of rock painting but also aims to drive public interest in this unique practice. The rocks submitted will be judged on September 23rd–Canada’s Culture Day. First Prize will be $1000; Second prize is $500. There will be a certificate given for the People’s Choice Award.
