Richmond Arts Coalition Members,
We cordially invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting on June 23rd, 2025.
We will have time to chat with our members before and after the AGM. We would love a chance to meet with you!
Voting for filling any board of directors vacancies will take place in person. If there are more individuals running for board positions than there are vacancies, each RAC member present will be able to fill out a blank ballot sheet with one vote per vacancy.
If you wish to have someone vote on your behalf, you can fill out the proxy form below and send it in to rac@richmondartscoalition.com , or you may deliver it to our Richmond Cultural Centre Annex mailbox via the building’s front desk (7660 Minoru Gate, Richmond, BC, V6Y 1R8).
We expect we will be looking to fill two board member vacancies, including a role as treasurer. If you are interested in joining our board, please reach out and connect with me.
