Youth Art Contest: Richmond Official Community Plan
We’re looking for artwork, from youth, that represents the Official Community Plan (OCP) Targeted Update and the unique values, spirit and identity of our city. This is your chance to have your artwork featured on the cover of the OCP or inside the document. Get creative and be part of shaping Richmond’s future! The contest is open to all school-aged children (elementary to secondary school) who are students at a Richmond school or residents of Richmond. Individual or groups (maximum of three) can participate.
