Culture Days
Celebrated nationally and experienced locally, Culture Days highlights the talents of artists, cultural producers, dancers, designers, makers, musicians, performers, photographers, writers and others who open their creative spaces to the public or present free, participatory activities and experiences. Richmond’s artists and cultural organizations will offer free or pay-what-you-may experiences such as hands-on workshops, creative placemaking activities, behind-the-scenes tours, open studio events, information sessions and demonstrations, event organizers are increasing awareness, pride and participation in the arts and activating public spaces through, and for, the arts.
The Richmond Arts Coalition will be presenting a youth art exhibition with an interactive element outside of our Cornerspace in the Richmond Cultural Centre Annex (7660 Minoru Gate), a result of youth art workshops conducted in partnership with School District 38.
