Free event from the Textile Arts Guild of Richmond. Judy is a New Westminster artist who explores different ways of creating depth in two dimensional textile art. She fuses commercial and hand-dyed fabrics to a variety of space-age materials, combined with hand applique, painting and machine quilting. She also sometimes prints her photographs digitally on fabric, and then manipulates and quilts them.
