Karen Colville spends most of her time painting Visual Art with a focus on BC Nature scenes in recent years, and expresses creativity by making slow fashion, hand-dyed shawls, featured in Vancouver Fashion Week. She also volunteers in the DTES with EWMA in support of a Women’s art studio, giving back to the community. Karen has been active for 5 years in her local Church music program.
Custom-made designs, T-shirt art designs, new media experimentation with music.
Karen is also an emerging playwright. Her connection to Richmond is hanging out, visiting, from the dumpling trail to the Night market dining, plus sketching and watercolors in Steveston. Her sister lived in Richmond for over twenty years, and they spent time together walking their family dog in the dog park and visiting attractions.
